- Ensures environmental compliance by coordinating the creation and implementation of environmental assessment, protection, reporting, and management programs.
- In collaboration with Operations, monitoring plans are created for the monitoring of emissions and discharges. To carry out environmental monitoring programs, processes, methodologies, and reporting procedures are determined, suggested, and put into action.
- Creates environmental policies as part of the HSE&Q management system and continuously updates and maintains them to guarantee their applicability and compliance.
- Provides input to design and operational decisions affecting the development and management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste and coordinates waste control and management programs for handling wastes.
Qualifications
- Degree in Science or Engineering from a recognized university.
