Candidates who applied for positions with the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) and Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) should go to the board’s website to monitor the status of their applications, according to the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board.

Candidates who are shortlisted are invited to print their invitation letter, according to a statement released by the Board on Monday.

The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board released a statement that, in part, read: “The Board wishes to notify candidates who applied for recruitment into the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) and Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) to visit the Board’s portal at cdcfib.career to check if they were successful and proceed to print their invitation letter.”

On Thursday, May 18, 2023, a Computer-Based Test (CBT) is expected to take place in each State, and candidates are required to report to their allocated centers no later than 6:30am in order to be accredited.

Additionally, applicants must bring originals and photocopies of their National Identification Slip (NIN Slip), international passport, voter’s card, or driver’s license to their centers.

Additionally, applicants must make sure they strictly adhere to the instructions provided in their invitation letters.
