12 Important Things Anyone Who Wishes To Apply For Nigeria Immigration Should Know
According to The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) all interested Nigerians who wishes to apply can now apply and should take note of the following:
1. Deadline of the application
The Nigeria Immigration Service, stated on their website that the application portal will only be available for only 2 weeks, which is from 16/01/2023 to 30/01/2023.
2. Application Method
All applications must be submitted online on the NIS website, all applicants are expected to visit the official website of Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) to fill out the form.
All applicants should make sure that they print out their application acknowledgement form and the referee form that will be submitted during the screening process.
3. Applicants Nationality
All prospective applicants must be Nigerians by birth.
4. Documents to Needed for Application
National Identity Number, e-copy of certificates and requisite qualifications in the section of the application, and certificates of medical fitness from government-recognized hospitals.
5. Drug Test
All applicants must undergo drug test and These tests are part of the prerequisite to qualify every applicant.

6. Financial stability
Applicants must not be financially embarrassed.
7. Computer Literacy
It’s not a must, but Computer literacy will be of added advantage for applicant.
8. Age Limit
Applicants must be between ages of 18 and 30 years with exception to Doctors and Pharmacists who must not be more than 35 Years.
9. Applicants’ Height
Applicants’ height must not be less than 1.65m for male and 1.60m for female.
10. Chest Measurement
Applicants’ chest measurement must not be less than 0.87 for men.
11. Certificates Submission
Any certificate or qualification not declared and accepted during documentation, shall not be accepted after the recruitment.
12. Mode Examination
There shall be computer-based test for shortlisted candidates. Appropriate time and date shall be communicated to such persons.
